Joining Westslope Properties in 2010 as the Louisiana Land Sales Manager, Paul is the newest member of the sales team. A professional forester and timberland manager with over 20 years of experience, Paul brings a broad knowledge of forestry, timber markets, and the local area that he covers.

Paul joined Westslope Properties, after nearly six years as Forest Capital Partners' Timber Marketing Manager in Louisiana; supplying over a million tons of forest products to area mills and timber buyers. Previously, Paul was area manager and forester for Boise Cascade for eight years and was responsible for all silviculture, harvesting, road maintenance, and budgeting for approximately 100,000 acres, which is now currently part of the Forest Capital Partners/Westslope Properties portfolio. Prior to that, he worked as Area Manager and Forester for the former Cavenham Forest Industries in the same part of the state, and was responsible for managing 115,000 acres of timberland.

A Louisiana native, he earned a BS in forestry from LSU in Baton Rouge, and moved to southwest Louisiana to begin his career in forestry and land management. Paul has extensive knowledge and experience in timberland management, valuation and realization of land use potential, and he looks forward to working with you to help you reach your land ownership goals.
