Directions

From Coeur d Alene, Idaho travel I-90 eastbound ~20 miles). Take Exit 34 for ID-3 towards Rose Lake/Harrison/St. Maries. Turn Right onto ID-3. Head south on highway ID-3 ~22 miles. Turn left onto S Hells Gulch Road. Using your odometer, travel 1.8 miles to the green farm gate on the right (south side of road). There is a real estate sign on the gate for Molpus Woodlands Group. There is room for parking at the gate. Please do not block the gate as it swings open towards the county road. The gate is currently locked, so please contact Molpus in advance to gain vehicle access. Please feel free to walk the property as well.

To Lot 1 from the gate: travel the main road (south) for 1,300 feet to the T intersection. Turn right (west) and travel another 1,300 feet to an intersection, and stay to the right. Go approximately 500 feet to a pink ribbon line on the left. The ribbon line will take you through the trees, the road has not been built yet. Follow the ribbon line approximately 400 feet to the north line of Lot 1.
