Directions

From Coeur d Alene, Idaho travel I-90 eastbound ~20 miles). Take Exit 34 for ID-3 towards Rose Lake/Harrison/St. Maries. Turn Right onto ID-3. Head south on highway ID-3 ~22 miles. Turn left onto S Hells Gulch Road. Using your odometer, travel 1.8 miles to the green farm gate on the right (south side of road). There is a real estate sign on the gate for Molpus Woodlands Group. There is room for parking at the gate. Please do not block the gate as it swings open towards the county road. The gate is currently locked, so please contact Molpus in advance to gain vehicle access. Please feel free to walk the property as well.

To Lot 3 from the gate: travel the main road (south) for 0.25 miles (1,300 ft) to the T intersection. Turn right (west) and travel 0.25 miles (1,350 ft) to an intersection. This is about where the NW corner of lot 3 is. Turn left. Lot 3 is on the left side of the road. You can travel this road about 0.35 miles and you will continue to see lot 3 on the left side of the road.
